100% time (40 hours per week)
Reports to:
Director, Statewide Cancer Programs
Responsibilities:

Provides Breast and Cervical Cancer Program and Treatment (BCCPT) remote access phone line coverage and makes referrals as needed.
- Oversees completion of all BCCPT documents for enrollment and makes referrals to local sites if additional enrollment assistance is required.
- Communicates with Department of Public Welfare at County Assistance office levels across the state to facilitate client enrollment in the program.

Accesses COMPASS system to verify enrollment has been completed.

Completes data entry on client for verification and reporting to create and maintain an enrollment database for report generation and client tracking.

Provides outreach and contact follow-up to non-Healthy Woman Plus providers to encourage participation in Remote Access Program.
- Provides appropriate information and referrals to assist clients in accessing services.
- Assists Quality Assurance Department on Cancer Program audits.

Provides high-quality customer service and partnership activities.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Licensed Practical Nurse Program with licensure in PA and familiarity with women's health desirable or combination of education and experience in medical office or related program environment. Excellent verbal communication skills. Local travel required.
Salary: $25,600.00 (annually)
