100% time (40 hours per week)
Reports to:
Manager of Quality Assurance
Responsibilities:

Develops and provides new employee and continuing medical skills training for clinical support staff.

Completes applicable sections of competency assessments for new employees after training.

Assists clinical staff with problem solving for Quality Assurance related clinical issues.

Participates in implementation of quality management initiatives.

Assists with the Utilization Management Program.

Participates in on-site audits and prepares reports as needed.

Helps plan and coordinate meetings for clinical staff.

Provides staff training in electronic medical records and participates in the ongoing monitoring of documentation standards in electronic medical records.

Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Registered Nurse licensure in Pennsylvania; BSN strongly preferred. Experience in women's health nursing and background in quality assurance issues required. Must have strong communication skills; experience in teaching or mentoring role desirable. Extensive regional travel required.
Salary:
$42,000.00 (annually)
