Reports to:
Power Up Nutrition Coordinator
Responsibilities:

Manages day-to-day operations of the Power Up Nutrition Education Program.
- Coordinates and develops nutrition education programs, food fairs, program newsletters, web pages, events and other related initiatives.

Collects and maintains acccuracy of the teacher documentation each month.
- Completes reports and documentation as required by the grant to meet all deadlines.

Coordinates communication of Adagio Health/Power Up staff with school district school board, administration, teachers and parents of the school district as well as the students.

Develops marketing and nutrition education materials for the Power Up Program, including newsletters and website content.

Develops and monitors quality assurance parameters for the program.
- Percepts dietetic interns during scheduled program rotations.
- Plans, develops and implements future related grant applications.
- Works as a lead team member with the local Program staff.
- Works with other Power Up Program Managers to achieve the common goals for the Program.
- Maintains high quality customer service and marketing interventions of the Power Up staff and coodinates these activities with other Adagio Health initiatives as appropriate.
- Performs duties of Nutrition Services Dietitian as needed.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Registered Dietitian and Pennsylvania licensed. Excellent interpersonal skills and a desire to: develop, provide and evaluate nutrition education programming. Experience in children's nutrition education in a school setting and in public health are desirable. Travel required.
Salary: $35,800.00 (annually)
