100% time (40 hours per week)
Reports to:
Market Leader
Responsibilities:

Coordinates the recruitment, selection, training and evaluation process for Teen Peer Educators.

Organizes and schedules outreach/presentation component.

Develops reproductive health education curriculum.

Collects and prepares data for reports as required.

Tracks budget expenditures for TPEP.

Presents follow-up evaluation packet to all school based sites.

Assists in coordination of local and regional peer education training sessions.

Orders and maintains inventory of program incentives and materials.

Performs other duties as required.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Social Science or related field. Act 33/34 clearances needed. Two years experience working with adolescents required. Reproductive health care experience preferred. Must be able to work effectively with pre-teens and teens from diverse backgrounds. Strong verbal communications skills required, including large group presentation skills. Local travel and valid PA drivers license preferred.
Salary: $28,200.00 (annually)
